About Claire and Company
Since 1994, Claire & Company has championed many notable clients in all areas of commercial production. Owner, Claire Worch has built her reputation on long-standing relationships with agency producers, creatives and executive producers. Claire has a successful tenure in the business with a sensitivity to both agency and production concerns.
Over the years, Claire & Company has represented such notable companies as Pytka, Oil Factory, ILM and Reactor Films. The 90’s were a time when visual effects began to gain momentum in the commercial spot space so noticing that 80% of the boards had a degree of EFX, she embarked on an adventure to integrate this to her roster. Industrial Light and Magic approached Claire 3 times before she decided that the timing was right to roster a EFX company and be able to appropriately and successfully represent them.
Her passion and knowledge of animation and EFX is apparent with her long-time relationship as a rep for ILM, LAIKA/house, BL:ND, and many other wildly talented studios who have graced her roster. The blend of Live Action and Post studios has made Claire & Company a unique, independent and highly sought after Representation Company.
Claire and her team take on every day, every project and every relationship with a fresh approach and the desire to succeed. Of course, no good rep can go without that unquantifiable, but crucial quality, intuition.
About Claire Worch
After graduating, from the University of the Pacific with honors, she received her MBA from Santa Clara University while working as a salesperson in Silicon Valley, during the technology boom of the 80’s. Although she thrived on the fever pace, she found that her creativity wasn’t best being utilized. To broaden her horizons, she left the Silicon Valley behind and traveled throughout India and Thailand for a brief time. After this life changing adventure, she vowed to never wear a business suit or panty hose ever again!
In 1990, she landed as the first West Coast rep for RSA USA. While working for spot and feature directorial icons, Ridley and Tony Scott, she found her calling with representing directors for commercials the perfect blend of creativity and commerce. After 4 tremendous years with RSA, Claire broke out on her own and founded Claire & Company. And, to this day, still refuses to wear a suit and panty hose.

Getting Personal…
Claire is passionate about giving back through charitable work and donations. Seeing that she is a cancer survivor, she supports and is passionate about cancer prevention, awareness, research, and education. Local at risk children, and a herd of elephants in Africa are also near and dear to her heart….frequently, while reeking havoc in the house, her boys are mistaken for that same herd of elephants. On occasion you may find her catching her breath while walking the beach near her home in Manhattan Beach…most likely a power walk with her adopted guide dog school- drop out, Decker.
If given three wishes she would cure cancer, travel to exotic lands and age gracefully.
Claire has two sons, Oliver and Wyatt, who keep her on the pulse of what’s coming from the next generation. So much for aging gracefully.
Client Testimonials
“Energetic, dedicated, knowledgeable and resourceful, Claire helps keep the business of the business focused and fun. This fountain of wisdom and insight is good at strategy, great at a screening, and a total delight over cocktails!” – Jan Johnson, Co-Executive Producer, LAIKA/house
“I have worked with Claire for over 2 decades and she has always been a top professional in her field —smart, organized, well researched, and always a Fashionista! She knows everyone in advertising and production on the West Coast and Texas and has been successful in bringing in boards for both newcomers and well- established directors. She also knows post and the world of visual affects inside and out—all in all Claire is one of the best reps in the business today.” - Jan Wieringa Community Films
“What can I say? We’ve been working with Claire and Company since January 2010 and couldn’t be more pleased with the results or the relationship. Her taste and, most importantly, her credibility with clients are perfectly in sync with BL:ND and our core principles. Like us, if Claire feels strongly she can make a case for BL:ND to be a great solution for a project….she’ll say so and do whatever she can to get us a chance to show our design talents. Likewise, if it’s agreed we don’t feel we’re right for a job we will be very clear about this with the client…and sometimes try to recommend appropriate options.
One could say our relationship with our clients is based on trust, credibility, talent and integrity. As a representative for BL:ND…Claire projects these exact attributes and continues to be a valued resource for her long list of contacts” – Dave Kleinman, Executive Producer, BL:ND
“It has long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things”- Leonardo da Vinci
